Moving beyond the subscription model for a fair and flexible parking management system

With over 500 employees and only 250 parking spaces at Tower A, the Ministry faced a recurring challenge: how to ensure fair and transparent access to limited resources while adapting to new ways of working?

The MFP chose Izix to manage parking at Tower A in a connected and agile way. Employees can now:

  • Easily reserve a parking space via the app based on their actual needs.

  • Enjoy flexible scheduling: bookings available by day or half-day, with flexibility for unexpected changes, and even evening or weekend access at preferential rates.

Additionally, the Ministry offers its agents access to a wide network of public coworking spaces across the country.

To make this even simpler, desk and parking reservations can be made directly in the Swizi app, thanks to its integration with Izix.
