The Corporate Village site in Zaventem brings together seven buildings and several owners and managers along with numerous tenant companies. Since 2021, Izix has been helping the site build a unified approach to parking management, now covering all of its buildings, including the latest one, home to Frame21.
Unifying parking management across a multi-building, multi-owner site
With seven buildings and over 1,000 parking spaces, coordinating a consistent parking policy across the whole site was no small task.

A solution rolled out building by building, with configurations tailored to each owner and tenant
To address the site's diversity, Izix rolled out its solution building by building, between 2021 and 2026, each time adapting the configuration to the specific needs of the building and its owner.
- Tailored configurations: each building has access control suited to its own specifics (license plate recognition for underground car parks, app-based access for outdoor car parks, for example).
- Resource-sharing between neighbouring buildings: users can access the car park of the neighbouring Quartier Papier building whenever it isn't being used for an event.
- Centralized reporting: tracking set up through the Izix platform helps monitor parking usage and adjust management accordingly.
- Support service for access barriers, available to users whenever needed.
One consistent management approach across the entire site
Each building keeps its own configuration, including its overflow management, without losing overall consistency.
