The Wood Hub building

  • Location: Avenue Van Nieuwenhuyse (Auderghem, Belgium)
  • Surface: 6.700 m2
  • BREEAM Outstanding
  • WELL Platinum
  • Nearly Zero Energy Building (NZEB)

What were the challenges of CFE Group on the Wood Hub building?

One unique piloting tool

On one hand, CFE group wanted to centralize and automate all building technologies and services within a single tool. Therefore they chose to use Trigrr. On another hand,

Optimize building and parking infrastructures

CFE considered parking as a key element in the efficient management of a building and decided to optimize its use with Izix.

Offer multi modal mobility and flexibility

The use of such a tool positively influenced the modal preferences of CFE colleagues by reflecting - through the logic of credits - its policy of teleworking or encouraging the effective use of alternative mobility solutions to the car to get to the office.

The partnership between Trigrr and Izix on Wood Hub

Wood Hub focuses on collaboration, well-being, sustainability, and innovation. Izix creates a frictionless and flexible parking experience for the users, thereby increasing the quality and value of building services. Thanks to the Trigrr operating system, Izix has been integrated into the smart building without any scripting. The Izix solution is therefore available through the Trigrr end-user interface, providing an intuitive and seamless user journey.

The joint efforts on this project will improve the user experience and optimize building management for site managers. This collaboration demonstrates that the combination of a parking management tool and a Building Operating System will improve buildings efficiency, streamline processes, reduce operational costs and offer a great employee commute experience.
