Deloitte Luxembourg, one of the country’s largest consulting firms, was facing a major challenge: managing more than 500 parking spaces across 3 different parking lots for over 1,500 employees. With remote work and variable office occupancy, it became essential to adopt a digital solution to optimize parking usage and enhance the employee experience. Streamlining parking usage in a hybrid work context
At its Cloche d’Or headquarters, Deloitte has a private area in a parking lot shared with other companies. Two additional parking lots complete this capacity, offering nearly 500 spaces in total for more than 1,500 employees.
- Lack of overall visibility: no global view of availability and difficulty for employees to choose the right parking lot.
- Limited capacity and unbalanced occupancy: only 500 spaces for more than 1,500 employees, creating imbalances in occupancy depending on the day.
- Manual access control: no automation and no smooth flow at entry and exit.
- Flexibility required for remote work: difficulty adapting space allocation to variable presence patterns.
- Inequity of usage: no mechanism ensuring fair use of spaces or differentiated benefits for certain employee profiles.

A single digital platform for intelligent parking management
With Izix, Deloitte was able to deploy a complete and integrated solution:
- Preferential access for employees with an annual subscription, guaranteeing them parking availability 24/7.
- Credit system: other employees have access to a credit-based system with a pay-per-reservation.
- Occupancy optimization through variable pricing, including a credit-free Friday to encourage better distribution throughout the week.
- Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) for smooth and secure access control, recently deployed in the main parking lot.
- Centralized multi-site management: Izix connects and administers 3 different parking lots, giving Deloitte employees access to all 3.
