Inowai, a major player in building management in Luxembourg, oversaw several sites for Allianz Real Estate. The Serenity and Vertigo complexes represented a significant challenge with more than 50 tenants and 600 parking spaces. Between a high-capacity site with moderate pressure and another subject to high demand and allocation constraints, Inowai chose Izix to modernize and centralize its parking management.

Inowai faced several challenges related to parking management across 2 flagship sites, bringing together more than 50 tenants across 4 buildings:
- Multiplicity of tenants and leases: complex allocation and visibility of spaces.
- Lack of centralization: fragmented supervision across multiple parkings and buildings with no global view.
- Lack of digitalization: manual processes that were time-consuming, error-prone, lacked transparency, and sometimes led to abuses (e.g., more badges issued than spaces available).
